KISS Perform @ American Bandstand 50th

KISS will be one of the special guests on the American Bandstand 50th Anniversary TV special that airs on May 3rd.

KISS will be taping their performance on Friday, April 19th. American Bandstand is looking for fans to be in the audience.

1 Year Anniversary of Kiss Korner

The 1 year anniversary of Kiss Korner/Global Music is approaching. The site was launched on April 14, 2001. Thru this first year. We seen the site go thru some changes a new look. Plus the site has grown from being about Kiss to Gloabl Music creating a Hip Hop site and Rock Site. There have been many things that have cause the site to have many problems like the lose of a counter causing me to loose track of the people comming in. Hopefully The next year will be even better then the past. Thank you to all my supporters

Kiss has the most gold albums by any artist in music history now they are adding another feat. There new box set just went platnium. Its been out for 3 months and in that time it has sold millions. The box set includes 94 song over 6 hours of never before heard tracks. Pick it up in stores now.

At the closing Ceremonies Of The 2002 Winter Olympics Kiss was among one of the many bands to preform at the closing ceremonies. Other bands include Bon Jovi, Moby, Christian Agulierra. Kiss preformed Rock N' Roll All Night. A Kiss Classic

Alice Cooper Borrows Eric Singer 4/25/01 The Alice Cooper Band was in great need of a drummer for his European Tour and since Kiss and Alice go way back Kiss was glad to lend Eric Singer for the tour. Eric Singer is still in Kiss, but since The Kiss Farewell Tour is on hiatus there was no problem letting ERic be part of the tour. Eric will be back with Kiss when the Farewell Tour restarts. If you're in Europe in april make shure u check out Eric on the Alice Cooper tour. Eric Carr 1950-1991 4/19/01 Eric Carr was the drummer for Kiss from 1980 til the day he died in 1991. Eric joined the Band after former Drummer Peter Criss left in 1980. Eric never got the respect he deserved he was a great drummer and a great person. On April 29, 2001. Eric Carr trading cards will be released remembering his life. Only 1000 sets of cards will be made. They will be very rare. So make shure you get yours. Joey Romone dead at 49 4/17/01 Punk Rock star Joey Romone of the Romone's died sunday from cancer. Joey Romone was best none for starting the punk rock era. Which after he lead the way other bands like the Sex Pistols and The clash were able to come around. Joey Romone will be greatly missed. Tour Paul Stanley has not confirmed it yet, but after Kiss finshes there farewell Tour over in Japan and Australlia. Kiss might come back to do ONE final show at Madison Square Garden in NYC. Kiss has already did a farewell tour in the states, but since NYC is there home. They wanna finish there tour there. Peter Criss in the show OZ Posted 4/14/01 It has not yet been reported, but sources say, former drummer Peter Criss has just recently finished filming and episode of the HBO tv show OZ. Last fall Peter talked about maybe doing an episode. He was talking about his new show "Smash" and was wearing no makeup, dressed in his usual black attire with his hair pulled back.
